A Delicious Bay St. Louis Tradition Returns!
The Rotary Club of Bay St. Louis is proud to present the 21st Annual Chili & Mac-N-Cheese Cook-Off, a beloved community event that brings together neighbors, local businesses, and culinary enthusiasts for an evening of friendly competition and incredible food. What started as a small gathering has grown into one of Hancock County’s most anticipated community fundraisers—uniting families, supporting local causes, and celebrating the spirit of service above self.
Held at the Bay St. Louis Community Hall on Blaize Avenue, the Cook-Off transforms the venue into a lively festival of aromas, flavors, and creativity. Each year, teams compete for bragging rights and awards as they serve up their best chili and mac-n-cheese recipes—from traditional favorites to bold, inventive twists that surprise and delight.
Guests enjoy unlimited tastings, a festive raffle, music, and great company. With both seasoned competitors and first-time teams in the mix, the event is as fun to participate in as it is to attend. Whether you're a serious chili connoisseur, a mac-n-cheese lover, or simply looking for a fun night out, the Cook-Off has something for everyone—kids included!
Why We Cook: Supporting Our Community
Proceeds from the event support the Rotary Club of Bay St. Louis’ service projects throughout Hancock County. These include scholarships for local students, literacy initiatives, community beautification, youth programs, leadership development, and support for families in need. Every bowl tasted, every ticket purchased, and every sponsorship directly helps Rotary continue its mission of improving lives.
Participate or Attend!
Team Entry: $100 per team (includes 4 event tickets)
Event Admission: $15 for adults | $5 for kids ages 5–12
Sponsorship Opportunities: Ranging from $100–$1000 with excellent visibility for local businesses
